Academic Programs
As a member of the Association of American Universities (AAU), the University of Arizona is one of 65 leading public and private research universities in the United States and Canada. The University of Arizona’s excellence in academic research, scholarship, and educational programming provides students with the opportunity to engage with and learn from and alongside current and future leaders in their fields.
The University of Arizona offers Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degree programs in addition first professional programs and specialist programs and a variety of undergraduate and graduate minors. The University has a number of Accelerated Masters Programs (AMP) that permit students to earn both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in 5 years and a number of dual graduate degrees that help to reduce time to degree completion.
The University offers undergraduate and graduate certificates open to both students enrolled in our degree programs and to those interested in completing the certificates only. We also offer a small, but growing number of dual enrollment programs with Arizona high schools and summer course offering for high school students.
