The Committee:

The Optical Sciences and Engineering Committee is in the College of Engineering.

Undergraduate Programs:

Both the baccalaureate program and the minor are jointly administered with the Optical Sciences Center.

The Optical Sciences and Engineering program supports careers in areas involving optical design and instrumentation, optical fabrication and testing, lasers, medical optics, optical telecommunications, and many others.

This program is ABET accredited.

Graduate Programs:

The Optical Sciences and Engineering Committee does not offer graduate level programs. The College of Optical Sciences offers the M.S. and Ph.D. in Optical Sciences.
