The Program:

The Applied Mathematics GIDP is administered by the Graduate Interdisciplinary Programs Office.

PSM in Mathematical Sciences:

Applied Mathematics also participates with the Department of Math in the Professional Sciences Masters program.  This program is intended specifically for individuals planning to make careers in industry and commerce, or in the public sector. The program of study is flexible and tailored to individual candidates' needs, and can be interdisciplinary in nature.

Applied Mathematics:

The Program in Applied Mathematics at the University of Arizona is an internationally recognized, interdisciplinary, graduate program offering a unique environment for students who wish to continue their studies of mathematics and its applications leading to Masters (P.S.M.) and Doctoral (Ph.D) degrees. The Program has faculty members from a wide range of academic disciplines who provide students with research opportunities in the physical, engineering, biological, mathematical, and computational sciences in which mathematics, mathematical modeling, and computer simulation play a central role.
