Psychometric methods as applied to assessment including the ethical implications of testing, test design, traditional and performance-based tests, diagnostics, automation in testing, standardized testing, and grading processes. (3 units) Description: Essentials of computer operations; integration of computer technologies into the classroom; learning theory; instructional design in the use of technologies; use of presentation and related software; use and evaluation of computer-assisted instruction software.
