All courses below are approved to be taught in Summer 2008; however, some (or all) may not be offered.  The course numbers that are offered, in either Pre-Session, Summer I or Summer II, are linked to the Schedule of Classes. Educational Psychology (EDPV)  Department Info

EDPV 358 -- Psychological Measurement in Education  (3 units)
Description:  Psychological Measurement in Education. Psychometric methods as applied to assessment including the ethical implications of testing, test design, traditional and performance-based tests, diagnostics, automation in testing, standardized testing, and grading processes.
Grading:  Regular grades are awarded for this course: A B C D E.

EDPV 411 -- Computer Applications in Education  (3 units)
Description:  Essentials of computer operations; integration of computer technologies into the classroom; learning theory; instructional design in the use of technologies; use of presentation and related software; use and evaluation of computer-assisted instruction software.
Grading:  Regular grades are awarded for this course: A B C D E.

Prerequisite(s):  Credit will be given for EDPV 411 or ED P 411 but not for both.
